I have been a personal trainer for 10 years spending the majority of my career in the Australian Defence Force. During this time I have developed knowledge across many training disciplines including: body building, elite fitness, as well as cross fit style high intensity training.
My ultimate goal for Quany’s is to ensure that all members feel that they are a part of the Quany’s gym family. I want each member to achieve their goals both safely and in a positive atmosphere.
