I have been a personal trainer for 10 years spending the majority of my career in the Australian Defence Force. During this time I have developed knowledge across many training disciplines including: body building, elite fitness, as well as cross fit style high intensity training. My ultimate goal for Quany’s is to ensure that all members feel that they are a part of the Quany’s gym family. I want each member to achieve their goals both safely and in a positive atmosphere. If you ever see me around the gym feel free to come and have a chat, I’m more than willing to hear about your personal goals as well as provide guidance in any way that I can.

I’m originally from the UK – I love Brisbane and the lifestyle I’m now so fortunate to have here in Australia. Although I’m not super experienced in the gym I have always lived an active healthy lifestyle. My fitness goals are to maintain a more regular routine in the gym and push myself to get outside my comfort zone more often whilst training. My role at Quany’s is more management and administrative so I may not be the go to if you have a technique related question,  but if you need help on motivation or simply getting out of the house and into the gym whilst juggling kids and working life then come chat to me!!


Gym Manager / Head Trainer
As a Certified Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer graduating from OnFit Training College, I am excited to be a part of the Quany’s team. I specialise in body transformation & strength and conditioning, and am qualified in Advanced Nutrition. I got into fitness at a young age and as a motivated and passionate personal trainer I truly believe the key to achieving your goals is forming relationships and working as a team. I can’t promise you the journey to your success will be easy but I can promise you I will be there with you every step of the way.
