TIMETABLE

With your Quany’s Gym Membership you get access to 3 classes; Womens Weights Tuesday & Thursdays @ 5.45am  and Hiit Wednesdays @ 6pm.  All other classes shown on the timetable are additional fee’s and paid directly to the Group Class Instructor. Rates are $10 per casual session or $30 per week for access to 13 classes wkly.

A circuit class for everyone who wants to build their body from the core outwards. People of varying levels of fitness and different fitness goals work alongside each other. Great for ‘strength & toning’ ‘posture & balance’ ‘heart health & weight loss’. Get in for a 45 minute session of high intensity training designed for fat loss and conditioning.

WOMEN’S WEIGHTS

Women’s Weights is a class designed for women of all experience levels. Quany mixes things up each session to show members how to use particular equipment, and to show a variety of training styles which they can then implement into their own training. This class has a team atmosphere with like-minded women of all ages. *This class is included in your Quany’s Gym membership
